This is a challenge cache, so the cache is at the listed co-ordinates, but in order to log it, you have to fulfill the following criteria.
You need to have found at least 100 Earthcaches.
You need to have found at least 10 Earthcaches which have more than 100 favourite points, or a number of earthcaches, which together add up to greater than 1,000 favourite points.
You need to have found at least 10 Earthcaches in the South of Scotland.
You need to have found at least one Earthcache in Dumfries and Galloway.
