There are different trails around the Blue Pool including the Cloghereen Nature Walk.
The various trails criss-cross so pretty much any route can be taken to get to the cache.
There is a circular trail for the visually impaired identified with blue rope.
The name of the pool comes from the greenish blue that can be seen in the water due to copper deposits.
The walk itself is a pleasant stroll into the woods - expect nothing spectacular, but enjoyable none the less.
