You will need to park in a near by area like Narborough park and walk or obviously just walk in the first place if your local. Please take care crossing the road and use the crossing to do so. You need to head for the green area in the middle of the b-pass. The container is a clear box with multiple sections inside. You will need to reach up to get it down. Please return to the spot where you find it and wedge in well.
