I had looked at placing a cache here but another cacher beat me to the location. The hide was ready and I kept thinking about it but knew I could do nothing about it.
Recently I saw some cachers find what they thought was the active cache but the CO said they didn't find it.
Sum Ding was definitely Wong here...
Now that the location is available I am activating my cache.
Because their two signatures are already on it, I am allowing them and any other cacher that finds it in the next 23 days to claim FTF.
