La primula maggiore (nome scientifico Primula elatior, (L.) Hill., 1765) è una pianta erbacea della famiglia delle Primulaceae che cresce spontaneamente in prati e boschi umidi. Dato il grande numero di specie del genere Primula, questo viene suddiviso in trentasette sezioni. La specie di questa scheda appartiene alla sezione Vernales caratterizzata dall'avere foglie membranacee, rugose e gradualmente ristrette verso la base e con fiori sempre peduncolati.

Il percorso geocaching La Crusc – Armentara parte dalla chiesa di La Crusc/Santa Croce (mt. 2045), ai piedi del Sasso Santa Croce (ladino: Sas dla Crusc). Il sentiero n. 15A è facile e conduce in discesa verso i Prati Armentara, famosi per la flora alpina particolare. Soprattutto nel periodo di fine giugno – inizio luglio si possono ammirare una molteplicità di fiori e sentirne i profumi. Dai Prati Armentara si possono raggiungere le località di Badia o La Val. L’ escursione ha una durata di circa 3 ore. I nomi dei cache nascosti rispecchiano i nomi di alcuni fiori che crescono proprio sui Prati Armentara.

Die Geocaching-Wanderung La Crusc – Armentara startet bei der Bergkirche Heilig Kreuz/La Crusc (Mt. 2045), am Fuße vom Kreuzkofel (ladinisch: Sas dla Crusc). Der Panoramaweg Nr. 15A ist leicht und führt abwärts zu den Armentara Wiesen, welche für die besondere alpine Flora bekannt sind. Vor allem in der Periode von Ende Juni bis Anfang Juli kann man eine Vielzahl von Blumen bewundern und deren Düfte riechen. Von den Armentara Wiesen kann man die Ortschaften Badia oder La Val/Wengen erreichen. Die Wanderung hat eine Gehzeit von ungefähr 3 Stunden. Die Namen der versteckten Caches spiegeln die Namen von einigen Blumen, welche man auf den Armentara Wiesen vorfindet.

The geocaching-route La Crusc – Armentara starts from the church of Santa Croce/La Crusc (mt 2045) on panoramic path n. 15A. The easy path leads up to the Armentara Meadows, famous for their alpine flora. Particularly in the period of end of June – July you can observe a multiplicity of flowers. From the Armentara Meadows you can reach the villages of Badia or La Val. The duration of the excursion is about 3 hours. Cache names are the names of some flowers that can be found on the Armentara Meadows.
