This is a devious cache. The name should be all the hint you need. A high muggle area, especially during business hours, so use your stealthiest stealth mode.

Congratulations to Sam W. and Doglover18 for FTF honors, slightly less than 30 minutes after this cache was published. Probably not a record, but impressive nonetheless.
EDIT: This cache got muggled and was gone for an unknown length of time before I discovered the loss and replaced it. I increased the difficulty to a 2 since there is now a very, very large amount of muggle traffic here. There is a dialysis center, a math tutoring place, a fitness center, a physical therapy center, two beauty parlors and a KFC all less than 100 yards away, as well as a McDonalds just a little bit further. PLEASE use extreme stealth.
