There is a high cost associated with sending the message so It will only let you submit an address once every 5 minutes. Make sure you are ready to receive the message at the location of the object.

The cache wont be easy to grab once you've solved the puzzle! Make sure you're limbered up. 

Please don't reveal too much in the log :) Parking is available at the posted coords; other places are available potentially cheaper but I like this car park. The cache and additional stage is located elsewhere.
