Geocache Description:

Feta cheese dates back thousands of years and, to this day, is still made by monks and shepherds in the Greek mountains. According to Greek mythology, the gods sent Aristaios, son of Apollo, to teach Greeks the art of cheese making.

Persian Feta has a soft and creamy texture and is marinated with garlic and peppercorns, it is immersed in an aromatic olive oil blend.

You can eat it with baguettes, in pasta or salads, or as a quick and easy bruschetta. Yum!
