When Twin Falls rocks, it does it a lot, or at least there are an awful lot of rocks involved. The Twin Falls area is covered, surrounded, and literally made of rocks. Every rock on this wall came from the surrounding desert and the impressive canyon that cuts through it. Here, you will see examples of the various forms of cooled lava, rocks brought by the Bonneville flood, and shale caused by thousands of years of erosion and seismic activity.
This should be a relatively quick find, whether you are a tourist taking a minute to enjoy our little corner of the world, a traveler taking a break on you way to some place else, or a local on a lunch break.
This cache is at the Twin Falls visitor center. Behind the building, you will find a decorative wall made of rocks. Approaching from the visitors center, follow the cords and let your search begin.
