Obecnie w przepięknie odrestaurowanym obiekcie zanjduje się Hotel "Dębowy" oraz restauracja.

Built in 1901, the villa of Dr. Wolfgang Dierig. The Dierig family are the creators of the Bielawa spinning industry. It was their factories after the Second World War that were transformed into such plants as Bielbaw and Bieltex.
At present, the "Dębowy" Hotel and restaurant are located in a beautifully restored building.
