Late summer of 2017 the Westmoreland Heritage Trail, connecting Trafford and Murrysville officially opened. We have biked it many times last fall )2017) and now this spring (2018), weather permitting. There was already one cache on this trail which we found last year. But we wanted more, so we decided to add a few more. Hope you have fun finding them.
The cache: I do not have the combination to the key holder, so do not try it. It is NOT there, but near there. Another very devious cache. Bring your own pen. This one can be a park and grab, as there is a small parking lot for the trail here on Saunders Station Road, and the cache is in viewing distance.
