With all of the Jets playoff mania gathering so much attention (and what fun it has been), it has been difficult to keep track of much else.
However, I have also been quite captivated by the exploits of my favourite English football ( soccer) club, Fulham. Fulham have been in the second tier of English football for the last 4 years, after being relegated from the top tier (The Premiership). In European football, teams move up and down divisions, depending on how they perform each season. For an overseas fan like myself, having your team out of the top tier means they become much more difficult to follow, as the games are not televised in the lower tiers. To make a long story short, today, 26 May, 2018, Fulham earned promotion back to the Premiership. What better way to celebrate than with a cache?
