Slieve League (Slibh Liag) is a mountain on the Atlantic coast in County Donegal. At 601 meters (1972 feet) high, the cliffs are the highest marine cliffs in Europe. They are also one of the top 100 great geosites by the Geolocical Society. https://www.geolsoc.org.uk/100geosites
The cliffs are Carboniferous rock - this is largely a repeated sequence of limestone, sandstone, shale and coal beds. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carboniferous
You can also expect to find quartzite in the cliffs. Quartzite is a hard, non-foliated metamorphic rock which was originally pure quartz sandstone. Sandstone is converted into quartzite through heating and pressure usually related to tectonic compression.
