This is an industrial estate, one of six in South Woodham Ferrers. One to the west of the town and three locally, one over the railway, and the original one next to our railway station. You will need your own scribe. Beware of mugglers during weekdays. Plenty of parking nearby. South Woodham is very magnetic. This cache has been place with the owners permission.
