Hong Kong Scout has divided into 5 Regions and 44 Districts.
Each Region manages several districts and the District Council manage the Scout Groups within that district.
This cache is located at the District Scout Headquarters Sham Mong District, which is under the Kowloon Region of the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
Sham Mong District established on 1 July 2003, currently there are 25 Scout Groups within the district, including Air Scouts, Scouts and Sea Scouts.
This District possibly has the most Scout Geocachers in Hong Kong,

The District HQ is located on the 4/F of the Community Centre.
The Cache
The cache is outside the District HQ, you do not need to go into the HQ to find it.
The opening hours of the Community Centre is 9:00am to 10:00 pm daily, and will be closed on public holiday. the cache can only be accessed during this time.
