Geocaching HQ Admin:
Mob caches were published as an experiment using specific technology that required players to be in the same place and to enter a code at the same time to learn the final coordinates. This was an exception to the guidelines at the time and is not a publishable concept today.

The original site used for this purpose has been removed, and therefore, HQ has decided to archive all active caches originally intended to be solved using this method. Due to privacy laws, we are not seeking an alternative site at this time. We are respectfully requesting that the cache owner please remove the cache container and contents as soon as possible.

Geocache Description:


The cache is not at the above advertised coordinates but you will need to start there.
There is plenty of parking near the starting coordinates.

In order to find the location of this cache, you will need to meet some of your friends!
Have your gang of at least TWO meet at the posted co-ordinates.

A chance to meet fellow geo-cachers. It would be a great spot to stop on your way through Albury! What about a stop-over on the way to The Parkville MegaEvent in November?

You should pre-test that your phone's browser is compatible before attempting this cache. Despite what the site says, Chrome Browser seems to be working.

Click 'Allow' if you see a button requesting device location.

You will see something like the following:

When prompted for 'Which Mob', enter:

       3407

and click "SUBMIT"


  • You will receive the final coordinates only when TWO of you and your fellow Geocachers are connected at the same time; i.e. your screen will show 2/2
  • Don't forget to take a screenshot of your app page, or write down the final cache coordinates!
  • Now take a short walk to find and log the cache!

   Good Luck!
  • The cache is only small (no room for swaps) so bring your own pencil and maybe a tool to extract the log.
  • This is a busy area (you can be seen from nearby) so please ensure you aren’t seen retrieving or replacing the cache and that the container is placed back properly to prevent muggling.
  • To prove you really did 'meet-a-friend', please include their geocaching name in your log.
  • BEWARE OF TRAFFIC. Park safely
  • PLEASE, no spoilers in your log.
