Don't let the cache name fool you, this is just a common hide in a common place. It is a nice place in a nice neighborhood, and it does overlook a stream, so the name is accurate.
Another location that Tilly the Geodog helped me find on an early morning walkabout. Most muggles you encounter here will be dogs walking their humans. Use stealth as needed. This is also near where people might park to get the cache around the corner on Perry Hall Blvd.
Log only, though the container could likely hold a small TB.
