The 1st Annual Inaugural n9tog Memorial Geocaching Event and Disc Golf Tournament!

Katherine Legge Memorial Park Disc Golf Course

A few things upfront:
  • You do not have to play disc golf to attend the event.
  • This is not a real sanctioned or existing tournament in any way, just a fun activity for any event attendees who would like to play.
  • There is no cost to park, attend the event or to play disc golf. It's all freeeee!

Join us to celebrate the geocaching life of former geocacher n9tog! He has mysteriously disappeared from the geocaching scene. Gone but not forgotten!

1:00pm The event starts. Gather at the posted coordinates, catch up with your fellow geocachers, share geo-stories with your geo-buds, tell the tale well, and hang out.

1:30pm Disc golf play begins. This will be a casual round for anyone who wants to play, whether you're a beginner or a PDGA professional! I know a few of us have extra discs that we will be happy to lend out to anyone interested in playing who doesn't have their own. We can form groups (usually about 4 people per group) and start playing.

Katherine Legge Disc Golf Course is an 18 hole course. It has no rough/weeds, some trees, but not too many, one little creek, and is pretty flat. Perfect for beginners, but still fun for more experienced players. You're welcome to play all 18 holes, or however many you want.

Note that other people may also be playing too, so be considerate, and allow faster groups behind you to play through.
