Story Time: First Day
Aw, the nostalgia this cache brings. I still remember the first day I learned about geocaching. A coworker brought it up, and I immediately went to google-town. Once my interest was peaked, I shuffled on over to the official geocaching.com site and signed up for my free account. When I saw the map, I was in disbelief at the number of caches I saw around my area! Even more so, there was one less than 500 feet away from me! I confronted my disbelief on my lunch break, not really knowing what to expect. I walked to this very spot, awkwardly figured it out, and grinned ear to ear as I held my very first cache in my hand! I took it back to work to show all my coworkers that this crazy game really exists, we all signed the log, and I returned it back here.
I saw about a year later that this cache went missing and archived, so I took the opportunity to pay homage to "GC1BNCJ: How Lo Can U Go." Thank you to smokymountaindreamin for planting that original cache here and getting me hooked :)
