Ganz einfach, es handelt sich hier um Bahnstrom.

Die Trasse mit 110kV und 16,7Hz geht von Plochingen nach Amstetten und wurde für die ICE-Neubaustrecke kürzlich um einen Abzweig nach Merklingen erweitert.
