This rooster has been around for many years. Back in the 70's and 80's it used to stand outside a little diner named Frosty's. Eventually the owner passed away and the restaurant was sold. It was demolished to make room for another establishment. The rooster was such an icon for Owen County and the town of Spencer that the no one wanted to see it destroyed too. The townspeople saved it and eventually it was decided to place it outside the fair grounds and it has been happily guarding its home ever since. You are looking for a small container holding only a log sheet so please bring your own pen. This should be an easy park and grab but since it is at the entrance of the fair grounds, and there is a park nearby, stealth will be necessary at times. Happy Hunting!
