KALEIDOSCOPE
This is an optical instrument with a number of reflective surfaces inside a tube through which - normally - coloured particles are viewed, reflecting multiples of images of the particles to form a symmetrical pattern. A children's toy Kaleidoscope was created by the Schylling company and uses bright coloured pieces of plastic in random forms. When viewed, these pieces can be manipulated to create a 2D image, such as the two I created on my desk a few days ago. You may need to employ two or more mirrors to form a symmeterical pattern from these to determine the coords to the cache
