As the Hidden Creatures promotion draws to an end, this is a chance to attend an event to boost your final total as well as meeting up with geocaching friends, both old & new for geochat & maybe even an exchange of puzzle information. There are plenty of caches to find in the local area, if you haven't already bagged them.
This venue has lots of free parking in front of the cafe, but there is also some pay and display parking for those who would like to stay longer & use this as a base. We have chosen an early start so that there will be plenty of time afterwards for you to explore the area, whether it be caching, walking or cycling along the picturesque Monsal Trail or visiting nearby Bakewell Market. All being well, there will also be a raffle for some trackable prizes!
There should be adequate seating available inside, or outside if it's fine, but as this is the start of the school holidays, we have been asked to let the venue know how many attendees to expect a week before the event so that they can reserve enough space. Although in no way compulsory, if you would like to have breakfast, we also need to let the venue know any food orders in advance, so please mention in your Will Attend log any food which you would like to pre-order.
