The cache is not hidden at the posted coordinates.
I've had this container hidden for some time now. I first thought I would make it another 70's Music puzzle cache. Then I thought I would make it another Georgia Traveler puzzle cache. And then I thought I'd just make it a simple traditional hide since this is not the easiest place to get to. Three different ideas about what to do and I just couldn't get myself off the fence to do one of them. Eventually it came to me and I knew exactly what to to do.
