The Event
Wednesday 27th June - 7.00pm to 9.00pm
An evening event to kick-start the 'Hidden Creatures' promotion that starts 27th June and runs until 25th July.
All are welcome to come and talk caching, discover and swap trackables, plan that next caching trip or, just have a drink and a snack to eat.
The Venue
The Radyr Court pub in Danescourt, Cardiff CF5 2SH
There is a large free car park to the front of the pub. Head for the posted coordinates. Enter through the front door and look for the reserved tables to find us - start towards the right hand side of the bar.
The venue is dog friendly, and is close to a large green area where they can have a good run.
The Promotion
Hidden Creatures
Recently, 13 sightings of magical creatures and otherworldly beings have been reported. Your challenge is to look for these creatures in their natural habitats and confirm the existence of as many as you can. From June 27 through July 25, earn up to 13 mythical creature souvenirs by finding geocaches or attending events.
Each 'Hidden Creature' souvenir is valued at a certain number of points. Earn a point for every cache or event you log. If you find one geocache or attend one event you earn the Bigfoot souvenir, so by attending you will have already made your first mythical creature 'sighting' and earned your first souvenir to start you on your Hidden Creatures quest!
