The Cache
The cache is outside the District HQ, you do not need to go into the HQ to find it.
The District HQ is located on the 6/F of Ka Man House, Oi Man Estate, and there are many ways to get to GZ as those buildings are all linked up.
Although the cache can be found 24/7, CO recommend to find the cache during day time.
