This cache is located in Weatherstone Park near the Henrietta Hankin Library. It has a story. This Easter (2018) a local newbie geocacher was excited to receive 4 plastic Easter eggs. She saw right away their potential to become geocaches. At the end of March she placed Cache 1, Cache 2, Cache 3, and Cache 4 at various locations around the Weatherstone housing development. However, even before these new caches were published, the landscapers raked away Cache 1, never to be found again. After numerous DNF's, a compassionate geocacher put a replacement cache nearby, in a place safe from the landscapers. But alas it was too late. Cache 1 was archived.
I contacted the surrogate CO about listing his replacement cache. He lives too far away and encouraged me to become its owner. And so I am.
