Nope - nothing to do with Angry Birds or Red Rooster! This cache is named as it is, due to being at the top of Red Hill! From here you will have some of the best views over Canberra! Indeed, the views from here are better than from the nearby viewing platform, as that view has some trees obscuring it! But note, it is on the other side of the fence. So you have two options - jump the fence, or walk through the gap (coordinates included).
