This is near the beginning of the path near Pistol Creek parking lot. It used to be a golf course that the town of Berlin designated as open space. The old cart roads, with lots of little hills, are used by many for walking, running, and biking, so watch out for muggles as they are plentiful and can be coming around a corner at any moment.
The cache is off the paved path, which is flat up to coords, there's not much shrubbery around this location, so no need to go climbing into it. That said, good luck, this may take a while, it is tricky.
