My daughter and I have been Geocaching for roughly five years now and it’s been quite a journey! Geocaching has taken us to many new places (close and far) that we would’ve never explored if it wasn’t for this hobby. Another blessing from this hobby is being able to meet up with other Cachers! We try to attend meetups when we can because it’s fun to socialize and maybe get clues to clear those DNFs off our map.
But where would be a good place to have a Geocaching meetup? How about in the wilderness? The location I chose looks like it would be a great location for a meetup since it’s in the middle of nowhere. We can meet at the trailhead at this location: N 47° 21.835 W 121° 21.494. There is a nice parking area we can meet up and talk at and maybe get some assistance from each other on those DNFs.
Meeting times: 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Once the meeting is over and if you want something to do, there are a lot of trails out here you can hike on for some amazing views! This is not an event to lead onto other caches in this area. We would really like to meet up with other cachers in the are that we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting before.
