Burrell Green Trail - The start
The Burrell Green Trail (BGT), a 3 mile trail of 19 caches around Burrell Green Farm just outside Great Salkeld in the Eden Valley.
I strongly recommend to start here and follow the track up to the road, do the road stretch, turn right up Luham lane, hack your way through the jungle, cross the field after "The hedgerow" through 2 gates, turn left and back to the car.
Varied terrain including grass tracks, roads & a hack through a jungle (Luham lane onwards) which had weeds at least 4ft tall when we were setting the caches, a scramble and a tree climb (maybe !)
Nearly all caches are discos, nearly all need tweezers.
Please note: Wear long trousers in summer, bring a pen, did I mention to bring tweezers ?
