Fin spasertur opp til vannskillet i Elvedalen, med utsikt ned til Prestevann og fjella over Nordvågen, innover til Hellnes og ned til Valan. Turen er en godt start på bestigning av Storefjell, langs stien til venstre oppover eller som et pre-ludie til lengre tur mot Kjellvik, og videre...Hellnes Fyr i det fjerne: Vær varsom: Dragoner ferdes der.

Nice walk up to the beginning of the Elvedalen valley, with views down to the Prestevann (water) and the mountains above Nordvågen, inland to Hellnes and down to Valan. The trip is a good start on the climbing of Storefjell, along the path to the left upwards or as a pre-ludie for a longer trip to Kjellvik, and onwards. Hellnes Lighthouse in the distance: Be careful: Dragons travel there.
