Geocache Description:

Roughly a 10 to 15 minute walk each way depending on how you go, some mildy rough terrain but major part on good surface.

An interesting feature at the GZ which as far as I know was installed in about 1890 but may have been updated and replaced since then, original use to pump water using wind power  from adjacent large oblong well and supply three large tanks (no longer there) from there it was distributed to Craigallion Estate, now sadly no longer in use and buried deeply in the forest.

****Please be aware there is deep water next to  GZ with a short drop in to it, also various man made channels carrying water too, please keep an eye on geokids and dogs****

From parking continue along forest road and turn left after the height barrier following under the overhead power lines, from there I will let you make your own way as part of the fun, not too bad if you get your navigation right. At least you will have coords, took me a tad longer. PS Bring your own writing implement! Also do not fiddle about with the brown tape area, it is not the cache
