Part one of two in a cache series as a tribute to my grandfather (grandad) who, as I never knew until I started caching, geocached before me, up until he died in 2011. I never knew he did it until Grammy told me once I started.
Grandad was a Canadiens fan, and who can blame him? They are going through a rough patch but the old days 7+ years ago, absolute domination by Montreal.
Consider this cache a "streak saver." There is no need to go past the wooden post. it is perpendicular to the post, not on private property (we measured) and please use stealth as the owner(s) of the nearby property don't know about it's existence.
