spiderwebbs4: This has gone missing one time too many, had it's last chance. Archiving now, obviously an unsafe spot for a cache.

Geocache Description:

#48 Sunshine Coast traffic signal box art trail

The unassertive traffic signal box is often overlooked as it sits at intersections and roadsides in metropolitan areas. Urban Smart Projects, a community art initiative, has made it their mission to bring colour and art to cities and help fight graffiti. (www.urbansmartprojects.com)

Follow this trail around the Sunshine Coast and admire the original designs reflecting the vibrancy, character and stories of the community. I have included a statement from each artist about their artwork. The geocaches on this trail should be fairly quick to find to prevent cachers being too conspicuous searching in these high muggle traffic zones.

You may also like to sing Monty Python’s song, “I like Traffic Lights” on your way to keep you in the mood. (www.montypython.net)

I like traffic lights, But not when they are red.

Home is Where the Heart Lies – painted by De Greer-Yindimincarlie – June, 2009. Home is a place in our hearts, which is represented by the big campsite in the middle of the front. Through our lives we leave our homes and the safety of them and travel our roads to complete our journeys we are destined to complete, which are represented by the tracks to the other smaller campsites, which represent the things we do in our lives. We always return at some stage to the place in our heart we call home to redefine, reconnect and rediscover who and what we are.

The cache is at the listed co-ordinates not far from the signal box. High muggle foot and car traffic area so use your best stealth mode. For those visiting the Sunshine Coast with their own portable accommodation, there is a caravan park just behind the hide site.

You are seeking a not-so shiny container in a small shrub. This is version #3 (original was a leafy vial, 2nd green shiny bison).
