This cache is located on Hayward Memorial Hospital Property and has been placed with the permission of Hospital Administrator Luke Beirl.
Hayward’s been kind of dead lately in terms of caches, so I thought I’d name this series of six “Slump Buster.” There’s no need to bushwhack to these caches—the trails are nice and maintained, thanks to the Hayward Area Ski Trail Association. It might not LOOK the trail’s going to get you there, but you’ll get there, eventually, so long as you take the right one.
There are a number of ways to get at these, but the trailhead next to Slump Buster 1 is a good place to start (that’s why it’s #1).
Ticks are rampant during warm weather, so be prepared. Have fun busting your slump!
