You're walking along to grab a yummy dinner at the corner restaurant a block away when you look up and see "Henrico County Courthouse." You stop, ponder "Am I in Henrico? I thought I was in Richmond." You are...
But this isn't a fluke. This was in fact the Henrico County Courthouse, and not all that long ago. And the crazy thing is that this building served as the county seat even though it was in the city of Richmond since the day it was built. It was finished in 1886, even though by then this was part of Richmond and had been since 1842, when all cities in Virginia were granted independence from their host counties by state law. Confusing stuff that you can research much better with online search engines than by reading a geocache log. This remained the county courthourse until the 1980s, when the courthouse was moved to Parham and Broad.
You're looking for a magnetic nano. No subterfuge here. Stealth is useful, but I hid it during rush hour.
