Geocache Description:

If you have a strong arm, you may be able to throw a rock from here to the river. Okay, maybe not a stone's throw, but a decent 3 or 5 wood will get you to the water. Right down the hill and trail from here.  Portland prides itself on the 2 rivers it sits on.  Can you name them?  One of them runs from Livingston County to Portland and the other, which is the longest river in Michigan, runs from south of Jackson to Lake Michigan in Grand Haven.  Which one is closest to where you are now?

Post a picture of yourself by one of the rivers here in your log.  Double points if your picture has both rivers in it. Quadruple points if your picture is from in the water (i.e. kayak/canoe).   Also, since you are right here, make sure to grab the cache West Bridge since you are so close.
