At the ripe age of 107, the Andrew D. Gwynne Institute sits on the corner of Jackson and Second Street. This building first opened in 1911 and served as a primary school for the children of Fort Myers. The school remained open for several decades, but eventually closed its doors once other schools started to open. The building is now a historical landmark and I'm not sure what it's being used for right now. I've tried to research it, but I kept getting inconsistent results for the building's current status.

So, after you arrive and check out the scenery, I'm sure you're now eager to find that hidden vessel containing a log. Your search will be on the other side of Jackson Street, near the parking garage. It should be an easy find
Good luck and have fun!
