AZKokopelli: As there's been no cache to find for an extended period of time and no action or response from the owner I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.
