Kingswood Ginza is the biggest private shopping mall in Tin Shui Wai. It was built in 1999 and is the 4th phrase of the Kingswood Villas development. The shopping mall has 2 buildings with more than 200 tenants. Above the shopping malls it is the Kingswood Harbour Hotel, which is the only 5 stars hotel with 1102 rooms in Tin Shui Wai.

In 2013 the Shopping malls was sold to another developer and renamed to "Fortune Kingswood", however, most residents in Tin Shui Wai still call this shopping mall "Ginza", and even the light rail station next to the shopping centre remains it's name as "Ginza".

The Cache
The cache is outside the shopping mall, you do not need to go into the shopping mall to find it.
The cache is near the car park exit of the shopping mall (Stage 2), beware of muggles watching you from the cars.
