June 25, 1983 we were married in Whittier, CA. On June 25, 2018, we celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary, the Coral Anniversary, at Quintana Beach. Since coral comes from the ocean we wrote a message and placed it in a bottle and threw the bottle into the Galveston Bay. The message told about our anniversary and asked the finder to let us know where the bottle was found.
To commemorate the launching of our anniversary bottle, we placed a geocache at the site of the toss. After releasing the bottle we watched it catch a current and suddenly three dolphin surfaced to play with the bottle.
Please DO NOT USE TOOLS to open the geocache. No tools are required to open it. Use of tools will break the container. Tweezers may be needed to retrieve the log from the container. If you can't open the container, TAKE A PICTURE OF THE ACTUAL GEOCACHE AND SEND IT TO US. Do NOT post the picture--It will be deleted.
