Stob Na Doire is the second principal top along the Buachaille Etive Mor range standing at 1011m, nestled between the two Munros, Stob Dearg at 1022 metres and Stob Na Broige at 956m. Why is it not a Munro? Something to do with prominence. The term Munro applies to separate mountains, while the lesser summits are known as Tops, Simms, Submarilyns, Murdos, or Humps.
