All that is needed is for you to have logged on at least 30 earthcaches, but they need to be located in 3 or more different states or territories of Australia. That is, 30 earthcaches in total.
The checker below will confirm how many earthcaches you have completed. When you use the checker and get a big green tick, you can go out, find this cache, sign the physical log and log your find online. You may also find this cache and sign the cache log, then write a note, if you are getting near the required number of earthcaches, but you can not log the find online until the requirement has been met.
