This is the twenty fourth cache on the Many Power trail. Once developed you should be able to park up at multiple different spots and walk a loop around back to your start point. Back streets should not have a parking problem.
The CACHE you are looking for is a specimen container. There is not much room for swaps and/or trackables, BYOP.
