You can ask Peter or Veronica at Sipano to assist in getting hold of captain Mike, who will take you out to the reef on a traditional boat, for a small fee. The snorkling on this reef is good, and the price negotiable. The food at Sipano is great, and the rates too! This is the definition of paradise to me.
