I've lived near this park since 2001, and it's a gem of the Wicker Park neighborhood -- full of sunbathers, baseball, basketball, and soccer players, dogs and kids running in their respective areas, and even has an ice rink in the winter. Years ago there was a cache here, but it seems to have died. I've decided to replace with another extremely tiny 'micro' cache just like the one I placed in nearby Humboldt Park. I let my standalone GPS unit do a 20-sample averaged reading to an accuracy within 5 feet, so I'm pretty confident about the coordinates. :-) As usual, you'll need to bring your own pen to sign the log! There's a zillion muggles here, so be sure to 'fly casual' as you mull around this spot.
