This cache has been in need of maintenance for an extended period of time. Due to the lack of response toward the needed maintenance since my last contact, I am archiving the cache to keep it from showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

Just a few steps north of the cache, you will find a very small provincial park. This park is part of the last remaining pieces of the orginnial quarry . This area used to be one of the largest quarrys in the St Andrews area in the 1800s. The stone form the marshed area were the quarry originally was, was used to build such landmakrs at Twin Oaks ( Ms. Davis House) and St Andrews Church and Rectory.

There are tradeables and a log book within.
