This cache is placed for the most prolific geocache hider in the Dover area, Joe Wessels. We had just completed a trail of 19 caches plus three bus stop caches by Joe on bike and were riding by this area before meeting up with him. We found a spot that he left open! Now he has a chance to find a cache close to home. Thanks for all your caches in the Dover area Joe! Maybe he'll have a chance to get FTF on this.
