Geocache Description:

The Palmer Meeting House started out in the late 1890s as the Escoheag Advent Christian Church. Little is known about the property other than a couple dozen names with deep roots to West Greenwich. The West Greenwich Land Trust received the property by means of a gift from the Palmer family. Contents of the property include approximately 300 books, including a membership book which lists the members of the church in 1908, 1909 and 1910. It's the perfect mystery nested in a quiet part of town. Historical cemetery WG007 is located directly across the street with some interesting names on the stones for those who like to explore spooky things.

This was the site of a local Eagle project for a scout from Troop 35 West Greenwich in 2018. One of many things scouts across the country do to give back to the community they are part of.

Cache is a medium size dry lock container located in the stone wall and is visible by searching & looking. A small stone is in front of cache to camo it a bit but cache is visible. Please do not dismantle wall and make sure it's visible like you found it when re-hiding. Thanks :)

FTF swag bag with discoverable gemstones & a cool bonus that's a one of a kind from a scout.

Congrats to Dr.Evil! for FTF on 7/7/2018 !!! :)
